  This place is so unorganized. Waited 45 minutes while they held tables empty for reservations. They should charge people a deposit when making reservations. Eventually they gave up the tables after an hour. When I told the hostess thanks for the 45 min wait, she told me she also waited... Waited at the front door doing her job? Jack Astors should post that reservations are in effect. Dropping the ball big time.

  Ordered some nachos for dinner and I think it was good. The nacho was not soggy from all the salsa that was poured over the nachos. We also ordered the Burger and the buns was not covered and oily. Overall the food I say was great.

  The tables tend to be crowded especially if you're stuck in the middle of a bunch of booths. I prefer a booth, but bigger Paris do get stuck at tables, which isn't the best. The booths are less crowded and more comfortable.

  They have a great selection of drinks! My usual Go-To is the Blue Raspberry Lemonade. The Fishbowl Cocktails here are also great!

  Service seems to be a hit and miss after reading some previous reviews; however, our server for the night was quite energetic and friendly.

  The staff is respectful and mostly attentive though they are busy as each has a large number of customers to attend to, especially in the evening as it get busier closer to peak hours.

  The food selection had improved over the years, and though they offer a number of unhealthy items that are not diet friendly, there are still plenty of options that are not deep-fried, such as the bowl meals. I found the fajita bowl satisfying. There is a good amount of spice, though on the safe side. The flavour is well balanced.

  Forgot to take decent photos. Food was good for a franchise bar. Like most jack astors, the chicken fingers are good especially when fresh. There weren't deals when we went which was quite a let down. The server took our plates away before we were finished, which didn't do well for service. Good selection for food, definitely more appealing if they have half off deals or something. Overall decent place.
