  Great book store and extras. I rather resent the paraphernalia that they try to sell to people other than books. Most of it is garbage that no one needs. However the books are great and lots of selection. Lots of help around Christmas time but normally there is no one.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, even when they are very busy. There is ample parking as well. This location is easy to get to and even when the line is long, it moves quickly and staff are quick to open another cash register. I did not give it 5 stars because there seems to be a disconnect between the "find in store" option on their website and what the actual inventory is, in store. This is obviously not specific to this location, but something the online team and in store management could potentially work on.

  Indigo is a really great book store. The staff are all friendly, there's a constant positive atmosphere and whenever you need help, you get it. There are so many books to choose from that it took me 3 hours to pick between two books but I'm happy with the result. The lines are also very fast. The service is easy. I recommend this book store to everyone.

  This particular location has gone downhill ever since the Starbucks left it's premises. I'm the type of person who likes to come inside a sophisticated bookstore like Indigo and walk out with a tall beverage in my hand even though I havent gotten a book. The place no longer fosters a chic browsing experience, but rather an oversized 'mall' book store with a 'buy something or leave' attitude in the air.

  This place has all the newest titles. I had to get a holiday present for someone for a book that just came out I found it right away. The staff are very helpful and genuinely want to help. I would highly recommend this place
