  Entertainment Ontario is great. We have been getting Popcorn and Cotton Candy from Ian for our International Children's Day Event since 2009. Always reliable, helpful and professional.

  The product that Ian provides is garbage. We made a mistake not to see the items we were renting beforehand. He is obnoxiously rude, and a complete rip off for what you are getting. The items are worn, and dirty. I DO NOT recommend Entertainment Ontario!

  So, if this is an event that we actually did provide services to, I would hope that the real client would contact me directly (telephone or email) and discuss this supposed issue so that we would be given a opportunity to rectify their concerns. Thus, avoiding a cowardly and anonymous attack by way of Google.

  I have been both a guest at corporate functions for which Ian and Entertainment Ontario were the suppliers/planners, and have used his firm for a corporate event. In all cases, he was very attentive, responsive and helpful. Ian is honest, hard working, has a sense of community, and puts the client first. Our event was early in the morning and a smaller function, but Ian came personally to set up and make sure everything ran smoothly, staying right until the end. I received many positive comments about how helpful he was. Ian/Entertainment Ontario also gives back, supporting numerous charities and organizations in their fundraising efforts. Working with Ian has been a pleasure and I will be using him again!

  If you are looking for live entertainment or activities for your corporate or private function , I truly hope that upon reading this response and earlier reviews, you will find us worthy of a phone call and an opportunity to work with you on your event.

  Book Ian his team for a Corporate event in May, they were fantastic. Super engaging with the kids, and a great assortment of entertainment to choose from. We hired the bouncy castle, face painting clown, a craft station and balloon artist! Would recommend Entertainment Ontario to anyone looking to add excitement to their party!

  Firstly I do not know who this person is or what event/rental this person is referring to. The name (Ann Veal) seems to be either fake (a fictional character from Arrested Development - a TV show) or is not a person for whom I had any direct dealings with. The profile picture is not of any person I have memory of working with. I scanned the 47 reviews of other businesses that were posted by this individual and almost all of them were filled with the same acid based venom and vitriol that targeted my business. In the past 6 months (and longer - 32 years), almost all of our events had been received with great appreciation and satisfaction from our clients. If and when issues arose, they were always dealt with politely and with speed to resolve any misgivings.
