  Joe, who was the customer service ambassador at this store on Black Friday was amazing. The guy had been working there since the morning and was still happy and cheery and helped out us every way he could. The other store employees were just as amazing. My hats go off to the great job they were doing on the busiest day of the year. I'll definitely be back at this location again.

  Mind you, staffs are trying their best to help you out during Black Friday and Boxing day. If you don't want to line up for everything during these 2 days, either you know what you're looking for or shop online during those craziest time of the year.

  Wide selection of electronic goodies from appliances to electronic gadgets. Attentive staffs and their knowledge is pretty rich. Solved majority of my questions. No complaints. Their shop is very big. A lot of parking spaces outside of the shop. Awesome shopping experience. The only star I have to remove is they should have a real audio theatre where shoppers like myself could shop for nice home audio equipment. I am not talking about sound bars. Real audio with amplifier, speakers with nice copper wires.

  Good selection. I’ll always go here first to look at the television before hand. People are friendly and helpful. During the day it’s sometimes hard to find an sales person. Not a big deal though because I usually know what I want before hand. Plenty of parking and spacious inside.

  I like window shopping the excellent variety of new and exciting products at this best buy 4.8 km from home via 407. I am a regular shopper and always geek out on all of Best Buy online reviews before a make a purchase here which i find 100% accurate. This retail location offers probably 600+ full sized parking spots. I have been and comfortably treated by staff at bestbuy and the quality and warranty of the items sold. never ever disappoint me.

  Worst Best Buy location ever. Went at 1pm on a rainy day. Maybe 10 customers in the store. There are 15 employees or so walking around talking to each other, no one bothered coming to the return section for a simple return. Spent 15 minutes in the store, with the actual transaction taking 1 minute to complete. Manager on Duty (Steve) and Floor Lead (Geoff) didnt bother to help or get employees to do any work. Definitely wont be back. Amazon just found a new customer!
