  I have been coming to this clinic for years. I have never have an issue when dealing with the doctors. However the receptionist are extremely rude EVERY time I phone, walk in or come in for an appointment. They are flustered. Arrogant. And never ever smile. If you don't like your job. Maybe it's time to find a new one. Especially when you're dealing with sick people. Sheesh

  I have been there a couple of times, once for myself, had to wait over an hour to see a doctor. The second time, i took my two year old daughter. The doctor told me to hold her down so that he could do his examination. She obviously resisted, being a two year old and he became short tempered with us, saying that if he can not examine her, he cannot provide an opinion, fair enough but then got upset with me for trying to calm her down. He said that is not necessary, i disagree. I took her to see a doctor at Atlas Medical Clinic, an actual walk in clinic in Richmond Hill. The doctor asked my two year to sit on the examination table, he was patient and playful and my daughter was completely cooperative. I think there is something to be said about bed side manners even for a child. I would not go back to All About Health.

  Not even worth a star... only go to this clinic if you know whats wrong and just need someone to write your prescription. The doctors here are the most useless doctors you will ever see in your life. All that matters to them is your health card swipe because they aren't there to help you. I was there multiple times and told nothing was wrong but i knew i wasn't normal. I went to another doctor and got the treatment i needed. They do not care about you at all! Thats a fact!

  Dreadful experience. First impressions bad. Receptionists perennially on the phone. Takes 10 minutes to be attended by them. Also quite arrogant especially if you are walk in. Doesn't cost to smile and be friendly. Be prepared to wait loooong! Good customer service would include letting patients know average waiting time. Had to wait 90 minutes before being seen!

  As a walk in clinic it does the job. For the most part they will give you the wrong antibiotics and send you away fast. My family needs a family doctor and due to our poor health system no good dr accepts new patients. This clinic does though. Joke. First they make an appointment and have you wait for an hour. Then they rush you out without taking a true history. Very sad they are just here to swipe the card. Meanwhile my kids and I need a family doctor and keep looking
