  One start is way too much! Avoid like a plaque. Somehow (makes me wonder) they are on manufacturer trusted shops list, like Electrolux in our case, it is unprofessional company that cheats and make business by lying to customers. Make sure you carefully read a WAIVER, that they want you to sign, right before they start doing actual repair. It was never disclosed to us before repairmen came and gave us that document. It says that they are NOT responsible for the consequences of repair, neither they are responsible if anything that will not work after they are done. So, basically, they are not responsible for the result. When we called the office, woman that answered said that nobody ever questioned them about this document. So, make sure you know what you sign.

  2. Reception was lazy - I asked her to send me an invoice multiple times and took me 3 months of weekly calls to send me an invoice. She claimed "new system" but its a weak excuse for any business.

  I wish I could give 0 star reviews but it isn't possible. These jokers are somehow frigidaire's warranty service people. I called them to fix a stacked washer/dryer combo in a condo I am renting which suddenly stopped running on the cold setting. The day they came for the repair the technician called me at work and asked me to come and disassemble the dryer from the top of the unit before he would do any work. He left without even looking at the unit. Today I got a call from them asking me when I was planning on disassembling the unit so it is "serviceable". I told them if I have to take a day off work to move the unit I would rather just fix it myself while I'm at it. I called frigidaire and they gave me a number for another repair service who had no problem servicing it. It turns out that it was just some programming issue and the board had to be reset so it wasn't even necessary to move the unit at all to repair it. These people are cheap lazy crooks. Avoid like the plague.
