  AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER I Had to have my wedding band sized (under warranty that was paid for) and after it being sent out to be sized TWICE and returning the same, they told me they had to custom order a new one in my size. so I'm like great! Was PROMISED it would arrive the last week of Oct (wedding was first week of Nov). Then I get told it was ordered late so it won't arrive for my WEDDING. They forced the jewler to size the original ring so I had something to use on my wedding day and I finally picked up my ring November 21.

  My daughter and I went into Michael Hill at this location. We stood there for quite a few minutes and were not greeted or offered any assistance. There were two people behind the counters, both with customers, but not one person looked up to greet us and tell us that they would be with us shortly. We found this to be extremely rude. We were looking at engagement rings for my daughter but I would never give this store any business. They simply do not deserve it. In fact it has put me off going into Michael Hill anywhere. Both the woman and the man behind the counter clearly did not have the aptitude to deal with the public.

  We were here with my wife and were being greeted after 6 seconds and then every 3 seconds. Thanks for greetings :D Just kidding but:

  Every time it is 20 minute wait to be greeted. I have been dealing with a watch issue back and forth. A number of times I have come in and have been told to come back when the manager is in. Why is there no staff in at all times that can deal with more than sales? Waste of my time.

  2- Very poor return policy ( In their website, it's saying 60days change of mind, but then it's saying based on Returned Policy, then when you go to Return Policy, it would say "60 days no question" BUT based on Refund Policy and then in that page it's saying if the item is in New Condition and then at the button of the page : "Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn; the item must be..... Determination of an item matching the definition of "As New Condition" is at the sole discretion of Michael Hill. " :)) so at the end they would say, this is not "in New Condition" and done. Dirty game.

  By the way, I had to keep in contact by ohone and in oerson and got nit ine apology fir all of the incimvenience as only 1 staff member there (who didn't work there much). I must say althoufg i finally have my wedding band, it isn't the same one i was married with and again not once did anyone but the one guy ever apologize or return my calls. Never will I buy from Michael hill.

  4- Extra ordinary high regular prices (when you put something wit regular price $4000 on sale to save $3500, I would call it "rubbery in none-sale time" rather than a good sale.)
