  Tried this place twice for breakfast in the past year and both times the service was horrible. Both times it took almost 1 hour to bring eggs to the table. The fruit salad was never fresh. Coffee not refilled on time. My mother asked to remove red onions and she was told that omelet was already pre cooked and they can't remove the red onions. Not sure if I can blame the waitresses as it's likely an issue in the kitchen. As much as I loved this place and having it a few minutes away from my house, I will never come back to this place again.

  Still, 5 stars. Why? The hostess and server were attentive and gracious; the lighting is just right; the decor is elegant; the seats are comfortable, with enough space between tables; the wine was delicious; the menu is reasonably priced; and aside from the small error with my meal (which I ended up taking home due to the generous portion size), the food is typically well prepared.

  The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice but I find the booths are pretty stiff. The food was ok though a lot of it had too much sauce. Apparently they just started a new menu so they are still improving the menu. When we consulted the manager she handled it very well and even added soup broth to my meal so when I took it home the flavour would not be as strong. (My meal was basically pho soup without the soup broth).

  I was here last week on a Thursday evening. I got the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The chicken was overcooked - not burned, but noticeably dry. The amount of Teriyaki sauce was more than I was expecting. Next time I'll get it on the side.

  Wow. Incredible improvement in service. Like night and day. I moved out of Oak Ridges for a year. This place always looked good but the service was horrible. Went 3 times in the past few weeks. Service was perfect. Really professional. This place is a must visit.

  I love this place. Staff is friendly. Food is amazing. And comes in a timely manner. Atmosphere is incredible. Decor is a must see. I have been coming since they oppend and will continue.
