  i rented a one way car with them . it was very very bad experience the guy shoaib i was unfortunately served by him . this customer service work is not actually for him the behaviour was way too rude . i will never rent with this company again he also gave me dirty car.

  We booked for $315 base ($358 total) and when we show up they invoice us at $355 base ($394 total) and they refused to honor the price. We asked what the extra charge was and he quickly called him manager and didn't explain anything and the manager just said 'taxes'. Our $358 total already includes HST.

  Great service. Pleasant staff. Have been using their vehicles for almost a year now. No major issues. And if anything comes up they are willing to help to sort it out quickly.

  Terry, the manager, always accommodating and helpful! Cool cars too! Just a bit pricey to rent in summer, winter rentals are unbeatable.

  Here's where it gets comically bad. I call their service line in store, because he refused to call himself to figure it out because 'he didn't have to'. When I called the customer service rep said they should honor the price and agreed for me to speak to the desk agent who even then refused to honor the price. That agent transferred me to higher level support and he also didn't know.

  There are really good associate in this location which treat you freindly and after renting from all different rental company I am renting now only from this location because of the SHOAIB NATHANI. He is cool guy which do his job fast and friendly. If you try this location with SHOAIB you will stop other rentals.
