  Edit: That's not ice at all. I wiped the windshield clean both inside and out. The for over a week I see the same scratches on the outside portion of the windshield when I use the windshield fluid. The whole glass from top to bottom, left to right is covered with them.

  Had a star crack smaller than a quarter. The "fix" only made it ever so slightly smaller. Waste of 80$. They shouldn't do work if they can't significantly remove it, or at least explain that to the customer. Money would have been better spent to new windshield.

  This is my 2nd time using their service. Called this morning get an appt. Book an hour later and the job was finished in 2 hrs. Excellent price and life time guarantee! Would recommend them to anyone looking to replace glass

  Edit 2: Months later I now realised how the old windshield was was shuttered all over my dashboard and whole front of my car when it was being replaced. All I can find now, thousands of sharp tiny pieces of glass all over the car. In vents, floor, dashboard. This is literally the worst job anyone could do. I wouldn't get the scratched up windshield replaced here(which they put in my car) if they paid me money for it.

  First time leaving a review; normally I don't waste time on this, but I want these guys to continue delivering great service and succeed - brought in a Camry a few days ago and they replaced my windshield quicker than promised. They even waited for me even though I was late for my appointment. I forgot some stuff on my dashboard and to take off the dashcam - they left everything the way it was after placing the new windshield. On top of that, I had some labels on my windshield that I completely forgot about, and they offered to try to peel it off and put it on the new windshield. They were all friendly gentleman, too.

  Other companies, learn from these guys: great customer service, and the small details do NOT go unnoticed. Plus, they'll be getting referrals from myself and others - free word-of-mouth marketing just for putting in a bit of extra effort!

  Got windshield replaced. Everything was good until I used windshield fluid or whenever it rains/snows, I can see thousands of scratches on the windshield. There is nothing I can do about it now. Worst job I ever seen. Stay away. Should have went with speedy glass in the first place.
