  Like other people, I also have many complaints about the parking by-laws of this Town. My family and my wife's family all live out of town, I realize there are parking permits which you can buy, but that's not good enough for me. Considering that we are residents of this town and paying the high taxes, there should be better options for where and when your visitors can park WITHOUT having to shell out more money to this Town. If you're looking for quick and easy revenue from parking infractions ticket those who park illegally in handicapped spots, across sidewalks and on their front lawns. When the ridiculous parking by-laws are changes, I'll consider changing my rating.

  Staff are friendly, and service is fast. Richmond Hill is a great town to live in. It's close to the public transit system, and it has many great restaurants.
