  Horrible customer service. Called in to have a product put on hold. Told me to come in and anyone could help me. When I got there, asked the first sales rep, told me to go to the cashier and she would get me my item, she then told me to go to customer service. Stood in line again and she told me she couldn't get it because she didn't have the key. Waited another 10mins before someone when and got my item. Will not shop there again.

  Was emailed a 20 percent off ONE ITEM offer so wife and I went in a hot Sunday afternoon. Place was packed but found nothing but great service and happy sale associates. Great staff and process.

  Love this place. The selection is great, and their return policy is excellent. Items can be pricey, but if you use your coupons, and take advantage of their price matching policy, you are assured of a good deal. All of the sales associates are extremely attentive and friendly. It would be easy to get lost in the store, but with their help, it's never a problem to find what you are looking for, even if they have to order it for you. Minus 1 star because despite their best efforts, the wait times in the checkout and customer service lines are awfully long. In spite of this, I always look forward to my next visit.

  I had such an awesome experience at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, Alison, is exceptional, and went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. I had a few returns and exchanges to make from my gift registry and did not have a gift receipt for some purchases. Still, I had no issues receiving store credit or a new item. Having recently moved to the area, I will certainly be back, and look forward to shopping here again.
