  Purchased a mattress here with a spring box. Decided to go for the high one as to get the ‘like hotel feeling’. But unfortunately our bed wasn’t designed for that. Bricks return policy has only 3 days and only if there is a manufacturing defect. And 60 days sleep trial or what ever that is called is a B.S. as for the exchange of your product you still would need to pay the difference between the items. So in our case we cannot return the box spring, they are making a great offer of exchange for us. And to exchange for a low profile we need to pay a difference of $180. Where we originally purchased a box spring for $80.

  Worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered an oven to be delivered, took one day off last week to be home for deliver and then they cancelled on me last minute. I rescheduled for today, in which I had to take another day off. They gave me a delivery window from 1:00-4:00pm. I have been calling their location all day trying to get through and could not, called about 15 times. I finally just get through and someone tells me he showed up at 2:00pm and tried calling me but left when he could not. I live in a condo and concierge knew they were coming because I had to book the service elevator, but rather than just letting them know, he just left. I have literally been waiting around for 4 hours. Now I have to reschedule again. Incredible.

  Like other posters here, if I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. They confirm a delivery date and then don't show up, but also don't pick up the phone, when you are able to get a hold of them they say the delivery date has changed. A little heads up would have been greatly appreciated. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, nothing worth the headache here.

  - It’s a wet day out and they didn’t even take off their shoes. So they left muddy shoe marks all the way into our living room. Good thing we had hardwood otherwise the clean up on carpet would have been a nightmare.

  We recently had IKEA and Leon’s furniture delivered and their services were immpecable. They removed their shoes after seeing we do not wear shoes in the house and completed the service in a friendly manner being cautious of wall marking etc.

  Terrible place. Please avoid this place if you can. They never answer the phone. And for a simple price match issue, i have gone to the store 2 times and still have not gotten the $100 back.
