  I visited this store to buy building materials for renovations at home. I needed to rent a truck which they were able to provide as well.

  I feel sorry for the staff... they try hard, but when I go in with a list of 10 items and can only find seven of them because the staff tells me “we don’t stock that because it’s not popular enough” for something as basic 1 1/4 inch ABS pipe fittings that is a joke. Then when I go to cash out all they have is self check out because they obviously don’t feel like paying to have cashiers anymore…6 person lineup for 4 machines of which one was “cash only.” The poor lady working couldn’t do anything but apologize for the wait while 4 checkouts are completely unused. What a terrible business model

  I went to this branch to buy a lock for my basement door. Lady called Glenys helped me to make sure i have the right lock. I was very impressed by her amazing customer service. I am very thankful to her.
