  We contacted ZLAW to assist us with the sale of a residential property. Jessie and Sally were very professional, informative, and easy to deal with from beginning to end. We were emailed a short checklist of documents to provide and they took care of the rest. I was impressed by how simple the whole process was, especially since we were out of town in the 3 weeks leading up to the closing date. We met with Zach 5 days before closing to go over the final paperwork and he took time to carefully explain all the documentation to us. We never felt like we were being rushed out the door or that Zach had something more important to do (although I'm sure he must have); there was such a high focus on quality and building a relationship. Our transaction closed smoothly and Sally even called to personally congratulate us. I would highly recommend ZLAW Lawyers to family and friends!   I have known Zach even before he started his own firm, as a real estate investor and real estate agent, I had at least a couple of deals each year will need Zach's helps. For many years, Zach is always been professional, quick response, details oriented, and customer focus, always pleasure to working with. Also, he is powerful and knowledgeable when dealing with hard situation.   As a real estate agent, I had a lot of closing with Zach over past a few years. He is a very professional lawyer and customer oriented . Easy to communicate and always willing to answer questions despite of busy or not. One fantastic case is Zach help me to request the seller $15000 credit on closing for the leakage basement even though that was a no conditional offer .
