  I was in the hotel for a training and the experience was really good. There was a minor incident with my meals (my fault for not letting them know about my allergies, must clarify) and Victoria solved right away. For the next days she made sure my meals were ready and on time. Very good service!!!

  I mean pretty straight forward and overall ok rooms. TV channel selection is good. Bar fridge and very good wifi. The breakfast bar is better than expected. The fitness centre is SMALL. 1 Treadmill, 2 elliptical and a bike. The pool is small not it's for kids not laps.

  Very clean, rooms were larger than competitors in the area and better pricing. The staff was really friendly, and accommodating. Pool was a smaller size but nice. You could even see the hockey game from the pool area. Will go back each time I'm in Toronto.

  Very clean and nice hotel with great internet and fantastic breakfast. Fresh coffee/ tea available 24/7 at the lobby. Housekeeping services were amazing. I am sensitive to temperatures and humidity, this hotel room had decent level of humidity, not too dry or damp, and each room had its own regulated thermostats.

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent facilities. I took off one star because the breakfast selection for strict vegetarians is pretty sad. We were there for three night and the hot options were always as follows: some sort of meat, and some sort off egg, and biscuits. Would it be too much to have a hot option that does not include meat, eggs and/or dairy, such as potatoes (which are cheap and can be prepared in a variety of different ways such as home fries, mash, hash, etc.)? Other than that, we had a good stay. Note that the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment (early October 2017), though the only impact this had on us was that only one of two elevators was in service.
