  I feel compelled to write this review after the experience I had at this establishment. I went in here with a friend to have a glass of wine on our lunch hour (We work across the street). Once there the owner informs us that we cannot just order alcohol as they've had bad experiences with large groups of men coming in and getting drunk I assume. It was extremely bizarre as I have NEVER experienced that a restaurant in my life before, but he was very nice about it so we decided to order anyways. As we ordered to a different person (Manager Tony) he told us EXTREMELY RUDELY and I quote, "You can't just buy wine, here this isn't a bar, I'm not kidding." I've never been talked to before in such a condescending and rude way in my entire life, I was shocked. He made us feel like criminals for wanting to spend money at his establishment, absolutely unreal! When we payed the owner reiterated that its their policy about not allowing the purchase of just alcohol based on their past experience. Again he was very nice but I could not let go of the fact that this was an absolutely ridiculous policy to have. If someone wants to spend money at your restaurant, (which was empty the entire time we were there) especially two girls having a drink on their lunch break, what's the issue? Later when I read the negative reviews and more importantly the responses from the owner, it confirmed that this is just a bad restaurant. The condescending, blaming and extremely rude nature of his replies goes to show how this establishment does not care about its customers or its reputation, but will blame its customers instead. Overall, for the service ALONE I would not recommend coming here. I have been here before a few times for work events and found the food to be average and over-priced for the size, as others have mentioned. Just don't even bother with this place unless you want to be hassled by manger Tony.

  After writing down the review, we went to another restaurant (Willy) next to the restaurant. And guess what, the owner of this Italian restaurant and his mate ran to us. They yelled and threatened us with all the dirty words they could think about trying to let me delete this review.

  We had the spaghetti and meatballs, a home made pizza, Capresse salad, and some deep fried calamari. Everything was freshly made, and amazing to eat.

  My kids who never eat sauce ended up devouring it, even though they ordered the pizza. The pineapples on the pizza were some of the freshest ones I have tried for a while.

  The menu is impressive, and it turns out there is a couple things not on the menu as well which you can order. So check the online menu to see some other choices.

  How could people know that you changed the opening time if you just attached the small typing “4:30” note on the door.( on the website it says 4:00 pm)

  Went there with my family last night. The place is rather deceiving. It looked closed as we walked up to it, but found the door open. We were warmly greeted and seated to a table right away.

  This place is super AWESOME!! It is my mission to search Toronto and beyond for excellent pizza (because there is little better in life than pizza), but especially GLUTEN-free pizza. Their gluten-free crust tastes even better than regular crust, and they clearly use high quality ingredients that altogether make the pizza just a wonderful gastronomic experience. On top of all of that, the owners are just such lovely, caring, and kind people. Joe even emailed me to make sure my pizza was the way I wanted it. I love finding spots like this that are family run and top quality. Best find in Richmond Hill. And I take my food very seriously. 5 stars, no question.
