  With policies like this, I think this store is about to lose most of its clientele. If they do, it will be a deserved punishment for very poor customer service.

  THIS LOCATION HAS RAW. well kept store with very helpful staff who went above and beyond and ordered in a litter box in a different colour for me so I could get the black Friday pricing on a not hot pink litter box.

  Very good store with wide range of products. Extremely friendly staff and owners go above and beyond to help the customers. I will recommend this store to everyone.

  This store has changed ownership. The old owner used to offer delivery of orders over $100, so I called to ask if the new owners offered delivery as well. They said they do, but with a new policy: Instead of running my credit card over the phone, they told me I needed to come down to the store in person to pay for my purchase.

  Why on earth would I ask for DELIVERY if I could come to the store in person? That's just stupid. The new owner maintained that I needed to come down to the store, pay for my purchase, and then they'd deliver it to my home on another day. Which is just plain nonsense: why offer delivery at all if you're going to force people to come to your store in person anyway?

  The staff are always helpful and friendly, making it a pleasure to come into this store. Vera is so lovely and has gone out of her way to help me many times, and the owner has kindly put in special orders for items for my cats. They have a good selection of toys, food and litter which I appreciate very much.
