  Easily one of the worst managed fast food spots in the area. Store manager kept calling out orders by item rather than order # printed on the receipt, so people waiting for their food kept getting confused when the orders were the same or similar. Cashier was joking with everyone is that she wanted to leave her shift. Kitchen staff looked woefully untrained and lost, wandering around to different stations, casually chatting in the middle of the floor despite there being a long line of customers, and having to continuously walk to the order screen at the front to see the next orders - inefficiency at its finest. If this Wendy's fails to thrive, it'll be probably due to the poor store management.

  You can taste that these parties really are never frozen. So good. So, so good. Shares the space with a Tim Hortons. Lots of seating.

  There's this black girl that served me, it was a disappointment. I completed the survey but that lady refused to reward me therefore I ended up paying full price. Very dissatisfied

  I'm normally not too picky about my frosty being filled to the top but this is a new low. Literally filled it up half way - picture attached. Never getting a frosty from here again.

  had the worst customer service experience at the drive thru. so lunch time today i went thru drive in and ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich and 2 poutine...my order was missing one chicken sandwich so I went back and ask for my complete order...the Indian lady with big eyes gave me and the receipt that i showed her the most dirty look as if I made a mistake and i didn't get any apology from her for my lunch time wasted also she expects me to eat my poutine with just knives. very bad service don't recommend this location
